Bertolli with Butter and Olive Oil

Bertolli with Butter and Olive Oil is now available in a handy block. Our blend of butter and olive oil​ allows you to cook at higher temperatures than butter alone (up to 200 degrees) without compromising on deliciously rich buttery flavour in your cooking. It doesn't burn as quickly as butter at high temperatures so is ideal for cooking as well as baking, topping and spreading.

Use new Bertolli and Olive Oil when frying fish and meat, sauteing vegetables for a taste of the mediterranean. Bellissimo!

Ingredients: Butter (24%), Olive Oil (24%), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Salt (1.5%), Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acid (Lactic Acid), Natural Flavourings (contains Milk), Vitamin A and D, Colour (Carotenes).
