BBQ Steak with mozzarella, basil and tomato salad
Juicy crispy steaks with a fresh tomato salad, perfect for alfresco dining!

Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks
- 1 tbsps Bertolli Easy Cook
- 200 grams tomatoes
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 240 grams buffalo mozzarella
- 20 grams basil

Instructions
- Preheat BBQ. Coat the steak with Bertolli Easy Cook and season with salt and pepper and leave to one side.
- Meanwhile make the salad. Add the tomatoes to a bowl, along with the basil, extra virgin olive oil and tear in the mozzarella. Give it a good mix, then season with salt and pepper. Leave to one side.
- Cook for the steak (medium 3-5 minutes on each side, rare 2-3 minutes on each side) making sure you turn it half-way. Remove to a clean board or plate and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- To serve, slice the steak into thick strips and serve alongside the salad with a handful of dressed rocket (if you fancy!)
