Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Lemon
A very simple recipe with a zingy lemony hit, potatoes with super crispy edges and a hint of garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram potato
- 2 tablespoons Bertolli Easy Cook
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C fan.
- Put the potatoes into a roasting dish approximately 30 x 30 then drizzle with 2 tbsps of Bertolli Easy Cook, sprinkle over the garlic & zest the lemon over the potatoes and squeeze over the juice leaving the lemon halves in the tray for extra flavour.
- Season with salt and pepper and then give it all a little shake around to coat all the potatoes in all the flavours.
- Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden and crispy & smelling delicious.
